Judith C. East, Executive Director

Judy East is Executive Director for the Washington County Council of Governments. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners and has a Bachelors Degree in Biology and Economics, a Masters of Science in Planning, and 19 years of professional planning experience throughout New York and New England. She has a particular interest and expertise working with rural communities as they balance land and resource conservation with economic development.

Jeremy Gabrielson, Senior Planner

Jeremy Gabrielson is a senior planner with the Washington County Council of Governments. He has an undergraduate degree in French and Chinese; and Masters in Community Planning and Development from the Muskie School of Public Service in Portland, ME. He has a particular interest in working with communities to ensure that changing land use patterns continue to accommodate traditional natural resource-based industries and land uses.
