 Lubec Comprehensive Plan Update 
Lubec's current Comprehensive Plan was written in 1992. A lot has changed in Lubec since then! The Comprehensive Plan Update Committee has been working to update the Town's Comprehensive Plan since 2008. The Comprehensive Plan Update pulls together information on a wide-range of community issues to assess trends and establish town policies. Comprehensive Plan Update Meetings
The Comprehensive Plan Update Committee regularly meeting on the fourth Wednesday of each month at 6:00 in the Lubec Town Office.

The next meeting will be on Wednesday, March 24.

Community Survey Responses The Community Survey deadline was extended to February 15. An additional 20 responses were collected prior to the extended dealine. Responses to Lubec Community Survey are now available. A total of 194 responses were received , including 75 paper responses and 119 online responses. 

2-18-10 Community Vision Statement & Fiscal Capacity At theFebruary meeting, the Comprehensive Plan Update Community review the Fiscal Capacity Chapter and the Community Vision Statement. Revised versions are now available.

1-28-10 Community Survey Deadline Extended Based on feedback received that the Community Vision Session, we have extended the deadline for response to the Lubec Community Survey until February 15. (Note: responses received after January 26 are no longer eligible for the fuel drawing).
