Local Planning Boards & Boards of Appeal Training

The Maine Municipal Association is offering 6 workshops for Local Planning Boards & Boards of Appeal.

Dates & Locations are provided statewide:

• Ellsworth – 3/30/15
• Waldoboro – 4/21/15
• Bridgton – 5/5/15
• Bangor – 6/18/15
• So. Portland – 10/29/15

Presenters: Attorneys from the MMA Legal Services Department

All workshops run from 4PM - 8:30PM and include a light meal.

A packet of workshop materials will be provided. A 2010 edition of the Board of Appeals Manual and a 2011 edition of the Planning Board Manual are available to purchase separately. They also may be printed or downloaded for free from MMA’s website (www.memun.org). A 2012 supplement for each manual is also available to purchase, print or download.

Code Enforcement Officers: 4 contact hours will be credited towards Legal Issues or Land Use.
